Troubleshooting Call

Noteworthy points to bear in mind: 

1. Read the advice in the call booking confirmation email.
2. The length of the session is fixed. Exactly 30 minutes will be reserved if you schedule a session.
3. A single call cannot be divided into many calls if there is time left in it.
4. Kindly arrive on time
5. Try to be as specific as you can about your problem. This will allow me to assist you. If you’re unsure about whether to bring anything up, do so anyhow.
6. Best practise: As soon as you schedule an appointment, provide omid[at]tagsandpixels.com the access information for your GA and GTM container.
7. Consider carefully whether your issue can actually be resolved during a session (for example, I will not be able to audit your entire GA setup in just 1 hour). Contact me first if you are unsure.

For these calls, there is no refund policy. The money won’t be repaid if you have to cancel the appointment for whatever reason. We can move your call to a different time and day within the next 30 days, though. Twelve hours (or fewer) before the call, rescheduling is not permitted.

The call does not last any longer if you arrive late. For instance, even though you scheduled the call to last from 9:00 to 10:00am, the call will still conclude at 10:00am if you join it at 9:10.
